Refund Policy

At Print of America, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner Gelato. Because of this, we can only accept returns or refunds in specific cases.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you. Please contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
  • The product matches the description and print file you selected.
  • You request a return more than 14 days after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as production starts quickly. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address, we cannot issue a refund. However, please contact us here so we can assist you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
