At Print of America, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer premium art prints produced and fulfilled through Gelato, our trusted global print-on-demand partner. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at maikelzaji@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

We stand behind the quality of every print we sell. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, wrong design)

Contact us right away at maikelzaji@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Because our products are printed on demand through Gelato, quality issues are rare — but if they happen, we take full responsibility.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized art prints (special orders made to your specifications)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants — not applicable to our store)
  • Personal care or beauty products (not applicable to our store)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (not applicable to our store)
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the product you want is to:

  1. Request a return for your original item
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item

This ensures the fastest turnaround and the best experience for you.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase or receipt

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved: A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Rejected: You will be notified with the reason

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us immediately at maikelzaji@gmail.com.
