About this artwork
A butterfly's wings spread wide in Benedicam Domino. This is not just any butterfly, but one rendered in a symphony of color and form, a testament to Hirst's unique vision. The wings are a mosaic of intricate patterns, each section a different hue and texture. The background is a stark white, providing a contrast that makes the colors pop. The butterfly seems to float, suspended in a moment of delicate beauty, a snapshot of nature reimagined through the lens of contemporary art. This poster brings a sense of wonder to a study or library, where its details can be appreciated up close.Questions about Benedicam Domino
