About this artwork
A white rectangle intersects with a black square in Ellsworth Kelly's Cite. The artwork presents a study in contrast, where geometric forms engage in silent dialogue. The stark white rectangle cuts across the black square, creating a dynamic interplay of positive and negative space. This tension between the two shapes invites contemplation, as the viewer is drawn into the simplicity and precision of the composition. The clean lines and bold forms make this poster a compelling focal point in any setting, whether in a modern office or a minimalist living room.Questions about Cite
