About this artwork
Shapes in motion fill the canvas in Robert Goodnough's Colors On Yellow Gold. This 1973 artwork presents a lively interaction of forms against a warm background, creating a sense of rhythm and energy. The composition features a variety of geometric shapes, including circles, squares, and triangles, all rendered in a palette of bold colors. The yellow gold background provides a warm contrast to the cooler hues of the shapes, enhancing their visual impact. The arrangement of the shapes suggests movement and playfulness, as if they are dancing across the canvas. This poster brings energy to a living room or office, where its dynamic composition can be appreciated.Questions about Colors On Yellow Gold
