About this artwork
Concentric circles radiate from the center in Composition 13. Sonia Delaunay’s work pulses with energy, drawing the eye inward and outward simultaneously. The interplay of shapes creates a sense of movement, as if the circles are expanding and contracting with a quiet rhythm.
The palette of warm ochres, deep reds, and muted blues gives the piece a rich, layered feel. Delaunay’s use of overlapping forms and crosshatching adds depth, making the composition feel almost three-dimensional. The careful balance of color and form reveals her mastery of geometric abstraction.
This poster brings warmth to a minimalist space, its rhythmic patterns complementing modern furniture and clean lines.
