About this artwork
White lines weave across a canvas of blue and red. Composition by Sam Francis is a dance of color and form, where each brushstroke tells a story of movement and energy. The interplay of hues creates a dynamic visual rhythm that draws the eye across the piece.
The background is a deep, rich blue, speckled with splashes of red and white. These colors contrast sharply with the white lines that crisscross the canvas, creating a sense of depth and dimension. The overall effect is one of controlled chaos, a harmonious blend of spontaneity and precision.
This poster brings life to a quiet study or a creative studio space.
