About this artwork
A double helix twists through a desert landscape in Salvador Dali's Desoxyribonucleic Acid Arabs. The artwork merges scientific imagery with surrealist fantasy, creating a unique visual experience that challenges perception and reality.
In the foreground, a camel stands as a solitary figure, its form partially dissolved into the surrounding environment. The background is a vast expanse of sand, punctuated by a clear blue sky. The double helix, rendered in a stark white, cuts across the scene, its geometric precision contrasting with the organic forms of the camel and the desert.
This poster brings a touch of the unexpected to a study or library, inviting contemplation and conversation.
