About this artwork
A majestic eagle takes flight in this dynamic composition. Eagle Dreaming by Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri is a visual journey through ancestral lands, where the bird soars above sacred terrain, its wings spread wide against a backdrop of intricate patterns and earthy hues. The eagle's form is rendered with bold, sweeping lines, contrasting with the meticulous dot work that maps the landscape below. Rich ochres and deep browns dominate the palette, punctuated by flashes of white and yellow that trace the eagle's path. The artwork pulses with movement, as if the very ground is alive with the rhythm of the dreamtime. This poster brings a sense of reverence and connection to tradition. It commands attention in a study or living room, inviting contemplation and conversation.Questions about Eagle Dreaming
