About this artwork
Forked lightning illuminates the night in Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri's Lightning Dreaming. This artwork captures the raw power of nature, rendered in the artist's distinctive style that blends tradition with contemporary vision. The scene unfolds with jagged streaks of white lightning cutting through a dark, ochre landscape. Dots and intricate patterns fill the spaces between the bolts, creating a sense of movement and energy. The contrast between the bright lightning and the earthy tones of the background highlights the drama of the storm. This poster brings a dynamic focal point to a study or library, where its narrative depth can be appreciated.Questions about Lightning Dreaming
