About this artwork
A bold purple triangle commands the canvas in Al Held's Purple Triangle. The geometric form asserts itself with unapologetic presence, its edges sharp against the stark white background. It's a study in contrast and minimalism, where simplicity speaks volumes. The triangle, rendered in a rich, velvety purple, dominates the composition. Its flat planes and hard edges create a sense of stability and permanence. The white background, devoid of any other elements, amplifies the triangle's visual impact, making it impossible to ignore. The absence of additional details or embellishments focuses the viewer's attention solely on the interplay between the purple form and the white void. This print makes a bold statement in a modern living room or a minimalist office space.Questions about Purple Triangle
