About this artwork
A single tree anchors this vertical composition, its branches reaching upward as if to touch the sky. Snow Tree by Eyvind Earle is a study in solitude and quiet strength, where the stark contrast of black branches against a pale sky creates a sense of depth and dimension.
The tree's intricate branches are dusted with snow, each line carefully defined. The background is a soft gradient of pale blues and whites, suggesting a cold winter's day. The overall effect is one of tranquility and stillness, as if time itself has paused to admire the scene.
This print finds its place in a study or bedroom, where its calm presence can be appreciated.
