About this artwork
A single black square rests against white. Square Form by Ellsworth Kelly is a study in contrast, where the stark simplicity of shape and color creates an immediate visual impact. The absence of additional elements focuses attention on the relationship between the two forms, their edges crisp and deliberate. The black square, perfectly centered, draws the eye with its unmodulated depth. Its edges align precisely with the white background, creating a sense of balance and order. The contrast is absolute, with no gradation or texture to soften the interaction between the two. This poster suits spaces where clarity and minimalism are valued. It works well in modern interiors, where its bold simplicity can stand out without competing with other elements.Questions about Square Form
