About this artwork

A bold frame envelops a canvas of emotional depth in Howard Hodgkin's Strictly Personal. This artwork invites viewers into a deeply intimate visual experience, where color and form speak louder than words. The painting is a symphony of rich hues and textured strokes, with layers of pigment that seem to pulsate with energy. The frame, painted in bold strokes, becomes part of the artwork itself, blurring the lines between boundary and creation. Hodgkin's mastery lies in his ability to convey complex emotions through abstract forms and vivid colors. This poster brings a sense of personal reflection and artistic depth to any setting, ideal for a study or quiet corner.
