About this artwork
Two figures grapple in an abstract landscape. Struggle, by Robert Goodnough, depicts a moment of conflict frozen in time, rendered in bold, expressive forms.
The composition is a dynamic interplay of angular shapes and vivid hues. Cobalt blues clash with fiery reds, while jagged lines and overlapping planes create a sense of tension. The raw energy of the brushstrokes adds to the intensity, making the struggle almost palpable.
This poster brings a sense of drama and movement to a studio or office, where its bold lines and colors can stand out.
