About this artwork
A green apple occupies a room, its form both simple and impossible. This is *The Happy Donor*, where Magritte plays with scale and expectation, turning the ordinary into something extraordinary.
The apple, rendered in soft greens and subtle highlights, sits on a wooden floor, its shadow stretching across the room. The walls, painted a muted gray, provide a neutral backdrop that further emphasizes the apple's vibrant presence. The room itself is empty, save for the apple, creating a sense of solitude and focus.
This poster brings a touch of surrealism to any space, be it a study, a kitchen, or a quiet corner.
