About this artwork
A bold red circle anchors the composition in this untitled piece by Leon Polk Smith. The artwork balances simplicity and complexity, drawing the viewer into its geometric world.
The red circle is framed by a stark white background, creating a striking contrast. The simplicity of the forms belies the complexity of their interaction, as the circle seems to pulse with energy against the white expanse. The precision of the shapes and the clarity of the colors reflect the artist's mastery of hard-edge painting.
This poster brings focus to a minimalist space, its bold simplicity complementing modern decor.
