About this artwork
A solid block of red fills the canvas. Vermilion, created by Marcia Hafif, is a study in the depth and complexity of a single color. There is no image here, only the color itself, inviting contemplation and introspection.
The texture of the paint is visible, adding a tactile dimension to the visual experience. The variations in the red hue create a sense of movement and life, as if the color itself is breathing. The simplicity of the composition belies its emotional resonance.
This poster brings a bold, minimalist aesthetic to any space. It commands attention without demanding it, making it a versatile addition to modern interiors.
