About this artwork
The soft pinks and creams in Wayne create a gentle introduction to this self-portrait by Wayne Thiebaud. The artwork is a study in subtle tones and quiet introspection. Thiebaud's face emerges from the canvas, partially illuminated, with a thoughtful gaze that meets ours. The background is a muted blend of earthy tones, allowing the artist's features to remain the focal point. This poster fits well in a study or reading nook, where its contemplative mood can be appreciated.Questions about Wayne
