About this artwork
A floating white oval anchors this abstract composition. In Wassily Kandinsky's White Oval, the central form seems to hover, weightless and serene, amidst a sea of geometric shapes and fluid lines. The surrounding elements appear to orbit the oval, creating a sense of harmony and balance.
The artwork features a complex interplay of shapes and colors. Cobalt blues, ochre yellows, and crimson reds intermingle, while angular forms contrast with softer, more organic shapes. The background is a tapestry of crosshatching and overlapping planes, adding depth and texture to the piece.
This poster brings a sense of calm and contemplation to a study or library.
