About this artwork

A bright yellow circle glows against a stark white background in Leon Polk Smith's Yellow White [sun]. This piece is a study in contrast, where simplicity meets boldness, and the interplay of light and form takes center stage.

The artwork features a single, unbroken yellow circle, perfectly centered on the canvas. The circle's edges are crisp and defined, creating a sense of precision and balance. The white background is not just a blank space but an active participant in the composition, enhancing the luminosity of the yellow circle.

This poster brings a sense of clarity and focus to a minimalist living room or study.
